3月24日，港股光通信概念股表现活跃， 长飞光纤光缆涨超9%，鸿腾精密涨超5%，剑桥科技涨超4%，汇聚科技涨超3%。
消息面上，据C114通信网消息，近日，中国电信集团黑龙江电信分公司发布2026年室外光缆应急采购项目招标公告。本项目中“光缆-GYTA-单模G.652D-24芯”光缆成缆单价最高限价3737.43元/皮长公里，据业内人士测算，G.652D光纤单价已经突破100元/芯公里大关。此前1月份，广东电信在项目集采中对“GYTA-单模G.652D-24芯”光缆成缆单价最高限价1245元/皮长公里，集采失败后3月份重启采购，报价提升至2500元/皮长公里，提价超100%。
银河证券此前指出，光纤光缆行业需求增长显著，行业价格大幅上调。运营商集采接连出现流标、加价现象，部分产品投标限价甚至在两个月内涨至100%。招标单价提升侧面反映了光纤光缆价格大幅上调的市场普遍情况；同时该招标为应急采购项目，更偏向于短周期，结合此前因项目情况变化而暂停的招标，或代表光纤光缆的缺货情况已经较为普遍。
