“十四五”以来，自治区党委将“四件大事”具体化、项目化、载体化为“四个创建”。 西藏清洁能源产业蓬勃发展是我区落实四件大事的标志性具象化成果之一。“四件大事”标志性具象化成果探访报道，今天我们来到西藏自治区首个也是目前全球海拔最高的清洁能源装备制造基地——中车山南清洁能源装备产业园。

2024年8月14日，中车山南清洁能源装备产业园首批产品正式下线，如今已批量产出变电站、高低压成套设备及综合自动化系统等核心装备，这些“西藏造”正全力服务全球海拔最高的风电光伏项目。

更令人惊喜的是，产业园还深度链接生态保护，扎囊县“光伏加治沙”项目已具备建设条件，建成后将在发电的同时遏制沙漠化，实现“绿色上叠绿色”的双重效益。

产业发展的同时，也为当地带来了实实在在的就业机会。扎囊县本地员工普布多吉从去年11月入职至今，直言“家门口就业能照应父母，特别好”；同事索朗措姆也笑着说“干得开心，特别喜欢这份工作”，目前已有20多名本地大学生在这里扎根成长。

作为填补山南清洁能源装备产业空白的“先行者”，产业园不仅为西藏注入绿色动能，未来还将推进输变电及自动化产线的数字化、智能化升级。

正如车间主任邹文超所说，这既是响应国家援藏战略的责任，也是看中西藏资源禀赋、追求长期效益的选择。

从装备制造到清洁能源应用，西藏正以独特的高原优势，为“双碳”目标和高原经济高质量发展先行区建设持续发力。这份绿色答卷，值得我们共同期待！
