据知情人士称，为了应对来自Anthropic PBC和Alphabet旗下谷歌等公司的竞争，OpenAI计划在2026年底前将员工人数几乎翻倍。

　　消息人士称，这家ChatGPT的开发公司计划将员工规模从约4，500人增加至约8，000人。新招聘的员工将主要分布在产品开发、工程、研究和销售等领域。

　　消息人士还指出，OpenAI已在旧金山新增办公空间，以容纳不断增长的员工规模，使其在该城市的办公面积扩大至超过100万平方英尺。
