Fluidra said on Tuesday it was refinancing to 450 million euros and extending the maturity to January 2029 from January 2027 of the revolving credit facility dated 27 January 2022.

Estee Lauder is in talks for a potential business combination with Puig, the companies said on Monday, in a deal that would bring some of the world's biggest beauty and fragrance brands such as Tom Ford, Carolina Herrera, Rabanne and Clinique under one roof.

Spain's state holding SEPI is moving to shore up Indra's governance by backing chief executive Jose Vicente de los Mozos as the company's top executive after Angel Escribano, to avert his possible resignation amid boardroom turmoil, Spanish news website El Confidencial reported on Tuesday, citing sources familiar with the matter.
