Manulife (KLSE:MANULFE) is seeking to renew its authorization to conduct revenue-generating transactions at its upcoming annual general meeting, according to a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday.
The insurer will share a statement containing details of the repurchase plan with shareholders in due time, it noted.
