智通财经APP获悉，周一，美股三大指数集体高开，纳指大涨1.69%，明星科技股普涨，特斯拉(TSLA.US)、博通(AVGO.US)涨超3%，英伟达(NVDA.US)、亚马逊(AMZN.US)、苹果(AAPL.US)、台积电(TSM.US)涨超2%。消息面上，当地时间23日，美国总统特朗普在社交媒体平台发文称，“美国和伊朗在过去两天进行了非常良好和富有成效的对话”。特朗普称，已指示暂停对伊朗发电厂和能源基础设施的一切军事打击，为期五天，但前提是正在进行的会议和讨论取得成功。
对此，伊朗几位“高级领导层”当地时间3月23日表示，特朗普当日声称正在与伊朗进行谈判的说法不属实。据悉，伊朗“高级领导层”表示，伊朗与美国之间没有任何谈判。伊朗方面称，特朗普之所以“撤回”攻击，是因为伊朗武装力量作出的“决定性、有力且可信的报复威慑”。伊朗方面强调，对霍尔木兹海峡的立场没有改变，也不会改变。
