ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，欧洲央行执行委员会成员奇波隆（Piero Cipollone）周一在布鲁塞尔发表讲话称，若欧洲代币化金融市场要实现规模化，稳定币与代币化存款必须以代币化央行货币作为公共结算锚点。他指出，欧元系统 DLT 结算项目 Pontes 预计于 2026 年第三季度初步上线，允许市场参与者以央行货币结算 DLT 交易。
此外，欧央行 Appia 计划旨在 2028 年前构建欧洲代币化金融生态系统蓝图，并呼吁各方提交反馈。奇波隆同时警告，欧洲若缺乏统一的代币化法律框架，将面临“在零散法规上构建先进结算基础设施”的风险。
