证券日报网讯 3月24日，上海医药在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示，公司始终将市值管理作为长期战略的重要组成部分，多措并举加强市场沟通，注重股东回报。一方面，公司将深耕主业发展，以经营业绩的稳健增长来夯实价值根基，提升内在价值，另一方面，公司也积极寻求多元化、可适用的市值管理工具，传递信心、共享成果。截至目前，公司控股股东已发布增持计划（请见临时公告2025-083）。在分红方面，公司在确保三年分红不低于近三年年均可分配利润30%的基础上，于2024年和2025年增加了分红频次，后续将根据公司实际经营状况以及现金需求来确定未来的分红比例。此外，在研发领域，公司自主研发的新药苹果酸司妥吉仑（信妥安）已于2025年12月底正式获批上市，并于2026年2月开出首单处方。
