智通财经APP讯，中煤能源(01898)发布公告，近日，公司收到中国银行间市场交易商协会(简称“交易商协会”)出具的《接受注册通知书》(中市协注〔2026〕MTN205号)，交易商协会同意接受公司中期票据注册，现将主要内容公告如下：一、公司中期票据注册金额为人民币50亿元，注册额度自《接受注册通知书》落款之日起2年内有效，由中信建投证券股份有限公司、中国工商银行股份有限公司和中信银行股份有限公司联席主承销。二、公司在注册有效期内可分期发行中期票据，发行完成后，应通过交易商协会认可的途径披露发行结果。
