中国发展高层论坛2026年年会于22日在北京开幕。美国哥伦比亚大学教授、知名经济学家杰弗里·萨克斯在开幕式前谈及伊朗战事时称，这是美国和以色列发动的一场“可耻的战争”，将严重冲击世界经济，但对中国的影响有限。他强调，若战事持续，很可能引发全球性经济危机。这场战争不仅关闭了霍尔木兹海峡，还在摧毁海湾国家能源基础设施。“世界上所有国家都应该对这两个国家说，停手，回家去吧！你们滥用了国际体系，你们是鲁莽的，你们违反了联合国宪章，停止你们的侵略。”（记者 尹倩芸）
