Sunshine Metals Receives Queensland Government Grant; Shares Down 7%

Sunshine Metals (ASX:SHN) received a AU$202,235 grant under the Queensland Government's Collaborative Exploration Initiative program, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The funding will be used to test a coincident chargeability and conductivity anomaly, which may represent subsurface sulfide mineralization, at the Trooper Creek prospect in Queensland, the filing said.

Drilling is expected to start in June, per the filing.

Shares fell 7% in morning trade on Monday.
