智通财经APP讯，安域亚洲(00645)发布公告，内容有关AAR向新加坡国际仲裁中心(SIAC)提交申请，而SIAC于2025年2月12日通知AAR，已就煤炭购买协议项下一项供应商(作为被申请人)已违约的合约纠纷展开仲裁。于2026年3月16日，SIAC已就该仲裁颁布最终且具有法律约束力的仲裁裁决，裁定AAR胜诉。具体而言，该仲裁裁决订明并勒令供应商须：
向AAR支付根据煤炭购买协议付予供应商的退款383.35万美元;赔偿AAR的溢利损失13.79万美元;就上述退款及赔偿项支付利息，利率为5.33%，由该仲裁裁决日期起计直至悉数及最终付款为止;偿付AAR其法律成本及开支19.16万新加坡元及仲裁成本8.57万新加坡元;及就最终客户有关煤炭货物对AAR提出的任何及所有索赔(包括AAR为抗辩该等索赔而产生的所有法律成本及开支)，向AAR作出赔偿并使其持续获得赔偿。
