3月23日，中岩大地(003001.SZ)公告称，公司此前中标“核电分公司江苏徐圩项目桩基工程标段”，在后续与招标人对接过程中，因项目实施方案发生调整，导致核心商务条款及成本测算基础发生重大变更，项目实施条件与原投标阶段存在显著差异。为有效防范经营风险，维护公司及全体股东的合法权益，经公司审慎研究论证，决定放弃本项目中标资格。

关于影响，公司表示，本项目尚处于中标后谈判阶段，未正式签订合同，对公司不构成损失。
