智通财经APP讯，赣锋锂业(01772)发布公告，就有关徐一新女士退任本公司任独立非执行董事及建议委任徐建章先生(徐先生)为独立非执行董事。徐先生已于本公司于2026年3月11日举行的临时股东大会上获选举为第六届董事会独立非执行董事。
于徐先生的委任后，徐一新女士由于其任期届满，已退任本公司独立非执行董事及董事会薪酬与考核委员会主席，自2026年3月23日起生效。
徐一新女士退任独立非执行董事后，徐先生已于临时股东大会上获股东选举为独立非执行董事，并获委任为董事会薪酬与考核委员会主席，自2026年3月23日起生效。
由于徐光华先生自2020年3月24日起担任独立非执行董事，任期已满六年，其任期即将于2026年3月23日届满，将退任独立非执行董事、董事会提名委员会主席及董事会审计委员会成员，自新任独立非执行董事于下一次股东会选举产生日起生效。于其退任生效前，徐光华先生将继续履行其作为独立非执行董事、提名委员会主席及审计委员会成员的相关职责。
