智通财经APP讯，国民技术(02701)发布公告，公司正在进行申请发行境外上市外资股(H股)并在香港联合交易所有限公司主板挂牌上市的相关工作。公司本次全球发售H股基础发行股数为9500万股，其中，香港公开发售950万股，占全球发售总数的10%;国际发售8550万股，占全球发售总数的90%。公司本次发行不行使超额配售权，根据每股H股发售价10.8港元计算，经扣除全球发售相关承销佣金及其他估计费用后，并假设发售量调整权未获行使，公司将收取的全球发售所得款项净额估计约为9.44亿港元。
经香港联交所批准，公司本次发行的9500万股H股股票于2026年3月23日在香港联交所主板挂牌并上市交易。公司H股股票中文简称为“国民技术”，英文简称为“NSING TECH”，股票代号为“2701”。
