智通财经APP讯，民富国际(08511)发布公告，于2026年3月23日，公司拟配售最多518.2万股配售股份，相当于于本公告日期现有已发行股份总数约20%;及经悉数配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股份总数约16.66%。配售价为每股配售股份0.66港元，较3月23日收市价每股股份0.81港元折让约18.52%。
待完成后，及假设配售代理成功配售所有配售股份，配售事项的最高所得款项总额估计约为342万港元，及配售事项的最高所得款项净额估计约为317万港元。配售事项的最高所得款项净额拟用于补充公司一般营运资金。
