智通财经APP获悉，卧安机器人(06600)于3月24日发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩公告。报告期内，公司实现营业收入人民币9.0亿元，同比增长47.7%;毛利人民币4.9亿元，同比增长54.2%，毛利率提升至54.0%;经调整净利润达人民币1,276.6万元，同比大幅增长1,053.2%。年内，公司坚定执行"一脑多形"核心战略，围绕模型能力、本体能力、数据积累和场景落地四大支柱协同推进，在家庭服务、运动交互及情感陪伴三大场景均实现产品落地与商业化突破，业务已覆盖全球超90个国家和地区。
同日，公司宣布拟采纳2026年H股激励计划，旨在吸引、激励及留任核心研发与运营管理人才。该计划以现有股份实施，不涉及新股发行，不会摊薄现有股东权益。该计划须经股东于临时股东大会以特别决议批准后生效，具体条款将另行公告。
