ChainCatcher 消息，加密风险投资机构 Haun Ventures 创始人兼 CEO Katie Haun 接受 CNBC 采访时表示，“全球支付领域正在发生的事情，实际上是一场军备竞赛。万事达卡本周以最高 18 亿美元收购稳定币基础设施公司 BVNK，这让万事达卡正式进入稳定币领域。这是万事达卡有史以来最大的收购之一。稳定币可以在全球范围内即时、无摩擦地转移数字美元，这是真正重要的创新。目前该领域交易量已达 12.5 万亿美元，我们相信这一规模在 AI 时代只会持续增长。”
在监管层面，Katie Haun 表示，“本周 CFTC 和 SEC 联合发布了关于何为证券、何为商品这一加密行业核心问题的指导意见。我听说参议院银行委员会正在推进一项妥协方案，最早今天就会宣布，我对此持谨慎乐观态度。但关键问题是，国会在中期选举前实际上只剩三个工作月，他们需要在复活节休会后迅速推动《CLARITY 法案》进入投票。”谈及 AI 与区块链的结合，Katie Haun 表示，“AI 代理将越来越多地代替人类完成交易和支付。如果你认为 AI 代理会使用和人类一样的支付系统，我认为这是错误的。代理需要 7×24 小时、全球范围内的即时结算，而稳定币正是为这个新时代构建的基础设施。”
