3月20日，华宝国际（00336）发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩公告。公司实现营业额为34.85亿元，较2024年的33.73亿元增长3.3%。毛利为14.23亿元，毛利率为40.8%，同比下降1.9个百分点。公司本年度的营运亏损为3.61亿元，较去年同期的4.02亿元有所收窄，主要得益于商誉减值损失的减少。公司权益持有人应占亏损为人民币3.89亿元，上年同期亏损3.86亿元。
在管理层讨论与分析部分，提到公司在烟用原料业务上实现了13.1%的增长，营业收入达到52.9亿元，主要是由于成功拓展海外市场。此外，调味品业务的收入也有所增长，报告期内达83.1亿元。香原料业务收入增长至80.7亿元。虽然香精及食品配料业务收入略有下降，但整体业务结构调整与国际化拓展的策略已开始显现成效。
财务报表附注中，商誉减值损失确认约4.88亿元，较去年减少了1.42亿元。公司在本报告期内的现金流表现良好，营运活动产生的现金净额约为8.26亿元，较去年增长21.5%。整体来看，公司的各业务分部正在向国际化发展，尤其是在新型烟草和调味品领域，均实现了稳健的增长。
