3月20号，宇树科技正式向上交所递交了科创板IPO申请，计划募资42个亿。这家公司的背后阵容真的相当豪华，咱们来捋一捋它的股权版图。
首先，创始人王兴兴是绝对的核心。他直接握着23.82%的股份，虽然不算过半，但通过特别表决权安排，他手里实际控制的投票权高达68.78%。这就意味着，公司从里到外都是他说了算，创始人掌控力拉满。
至于投资方阵容，那全是行业顶流。
- 美团这次直接现身，作为第二大股东，美团系通过几家公司合计持股9.6488%，分量很重。
- 红杉中国排在第三，持股比例达到7.1149%。
- 经纬创投作为第四大股东，也持有5.4528%的股份。
除了这三大主力，连雷军的顺为资本、腾讯也都进场了。雷军关联公司 Astrend IV 持股4.4245%，腾讯则持有0.5986%。
可以看到，宇树科技这次上市，集齐了互联网巨头和顶级VC的目光。美团能稳居第二大股东，足以说明它在行业内的硬实力和资本圈的认可度。这次IPO能不能成，成了之后能走多远，咱们拭目以待！
