Humm Group (ASX:HUM) said it would make no comment regarding its founder and former Chair Andrew Abercrombie's review application to the Takeovers Panel, in his personal capacity, seeking a review of the Panel's decision to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to an application by Akat Investments, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Humm Group's shares fell nearly 6% in recent trading on Monday.
