3月11日，印尼政府近日在国际资本市场发行总规模45亿美元的主权债券，其中包括92.5亿元离岸人民币债券和27亿欧元债券。本次发行的3年期、5年期和10年期人民币债券利率分别为2.45%、2.65%和3.05%，明显低于印尼本币国债约6%的收益率，也低于美元债4.5%至5.5%，以及欧元债约4%至5%的融资成本。

　　本次是印尼继2025年10月首次发行离岸人民币主权债券后，再次在国际市场推进人民币融资，表明印尼政府已将人民币渠道纳入常态化融资“工具箱”。对印尼而言，发行离岸人民币债券有利于其实现融资多元化、降低对美元融资的单一依赖，并扩大投资者基础。此外，在离岸人民币市场整体利率中枢较低的背景下，此次较低的融资成本及较大的利差空间也反映出市场对印尼这一东盟大国的主权信用具有较高的认可度。从宏观层面看，印尼此举是近期新兴市场国家拥抱人民币融资浪潮的缩影，进一步强化了人民币作为区域性储备与融资货币的地位，有利于人民币国际化进程的进一步深化。
