据媒体援引知情人士的话报道，激进投资者埃利奥特投资管理公司（Elliott Investment Management）已向新思科技 进行了数十亿美元的投资。报道称，Elliott计划与新思科技合作，推动该公司从软件和服务中赚取更多利润。Elliott执行合伙人杰西-科恩（Jesse Cohn）称，“新思科技的财务业绩显然有机会更充分地反映出它所提供的价值。”他补充说，“随着人工智能推动芯片复杂性和资本投资发生阶跃式变化，新思科技处于得天独厚的位置，能够从这一增长中获益。”

　　新思科技公司在给媒体的一封电子邮件声明中表示：“公司董事会和管理团队定期就一系列问题与我们的股东进行沟通，并重视他们的意见。”
