美国总统唐纳德·特朗普计划紧急释放的1.72亿桶石油储备中第一批即将入市，这是政府为抑制燃料价格所采取的最新举措。

　　根据美国能源部文件，约4500万桶石油正从美国战略石油储备（SPR）中释放。这意味着炼油商和交易商认购了政府最初提供的8600万桶中的约一半。

　　在油价飙升、布伦特原油突破每桶100美元之际，此次释放的认购兴趣令市场参与者感到意外。伊朗战争已导致霍尔木兹海峡的石油运输几近停滞，而全球约20%的石油需经该海峡运输。

　　不过，美国原油基准WTI价格一直明显低于布伦特，部分原因在于美国应急储备的大规模释放提振了墨西哥湾沿岸炼油商的供应前景。

　　即便如此，美国零售汽油价格仍升至近四年来最高水平，加剧对通胀加速的担忧。

　　此次原油库存释放是国际能源署（IEA）协调的一项纾困计划的一部分，旨在降低能源成本。至少有30个国家正释放多达4亿桶石油。
