路透3月20日 - Sezzle SEZL.O在周一提交的一份文件中称，该公司已经解聘了其独立审计师天职会计师事务所（Baker Tilly），转而任命普华永道会计师事务所（PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)）为其2026财年的审计师。
该公司披露，2024 财年和 2025 财年与应收票据有关的现金流分类控制存在重大缺陷。
文件称，天职对这两年的审计意见为无保留意见，不包含任何否定意见或否认意见。
不过，审计师称，由于存在重大缺陷，截至 2025 年 12 月 31 日，Sezzle 的财务报告内部控制无效。
Sezzle 表示，在最近两个财政年度及随后的中期期间，公司与天职没有任何分歧。
此次解聘已获审计委员会批准，而新的任命尚需完成标准客户程序。
