　　旧金山联邦法院陪审团周五裁定，马斯克当时发帖称该平台存在过多虚假账户，并试图退出交易，这一行为构成对推特股东的故意误导。

　　陪审团还计算了在约五个月期间内，马斯克相关言论对公司股价在各个交易日的压低幅度。他需向个人投资者支付的赔偿金额将于晚些时候确定，可能达到数亿美元甚至数十亿美元。

　　这一裁决对这位全球首富而言属罕见败绩。马斯克因在多起事关重大、许多人以为他会落败的法律纠纷中胜诉而称为“特氟龙”·马斯克。
