3月23日金融一线消息，平安银行今日召开2025年度业绩发布会。行长助理兼首席风险官、首席合规官吴雷鸣指出，2025年整个房地产市场还是在深度调整期，企业的资金面还是比较增加的，尤其是规模经济的民企都有一些出险的情况，平安银行也受到影响，所以整个地产波动率是较2024年是有上升的。但比较而言，平安银行比平均水平还是低。

　　吴雷鸣表示，三季度之后，不管是预期还是新增的不良，都是减少，并且新增的整个出险得到非常有效的控制，也得到了很大的效果的显现，房地产风险的升腾这件事情高峰期已经过去了。

　　吴雷鸣表示，从目前的市场情况来看，目前存在的大户的风险应该是可控的，对公零售方面在根据政策做及时的一些调整。“整体来看，零售这块有所抬头，但是是上升速度的放缓，整体是可控的。比如说今年26年整个地产这件事情，虽然我们仍然有压力，但是可以说是可控的。”吴雷鸣说道。
