智通财经APP讯，中国万天控股(01854)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度取得综合净亏损约不多于1.45亿港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度(上一期间)则取得综合净亏损约4200万港元。
董事会认为，截至2025年12月31日止年度的综合净亏损较上一期间增加乃主要归因于：(i)缺少有关出售附属公司收益的其他收入;(ii)大湾区餐饮服务分部及香港食品供应分部的经营亏损均大幅增加;(iii)就其餐饮服务分部拨备的使用权资产以及物业、厂房及设备的减值亏损;及(iv)于2024年为经营本集团于香港的食品供应业务订立租回协议及于大湾区扩展其餐饮服务业务，导致物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产的折旧增加。
