智通财经APP讯，中国天瑞水泥(01252)发布公告，本公司董事会获本公司控股股东煜阔有限公司(煜阔)知会，于2026年3月12日至2026年3月20日期间，煜阔所持有的2191.4万股本公司股份被其股票经纪于公开市场强制出售(强制出售股份)。
紧随强制出售股份后，煜阔合共持有16.05亿股股份，占本公司已发行股本总额约 52.07%。
煜阔由卡莱斯有限公司全资拥有，而卡莱斯有限公司则由天瑞(国际)控股有限公司全资拥有，而天瑞(国际)控股有限公司则由天瑞集团股份有限公司全资拥有。天瑞集团股份有限公司由李留法先生(董事会主席兼非执行董事)及李凤娈女士(李留法先生的配偶及执行董事)分别拥有70%及30%权益。李留法先生、李凤娈女士、天瑞集团股份有限公司、天瑞(国际)控股有限公司及卡莱斯有限公司分别被视为于煜阔所持股份中拥有权益。
本公司认为强制出售乃与本公司无关，故不会对本公司主营业务造成重大影响，亦不会影响本公司的正常运营、企业管治及日常管理。于本公告日期，本公司维持正常运营。
