智通财经APP讯，中建富通(00138)发布公告，黄子玲女士(黄女士) 自2026年3月23日起辞任公司秘书、按香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则第3.05条规定的本公司授权代表(授权代表)及根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部所规定代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)。
继黄女士辞为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人后，董事会谨此宣布自2026年3月23日起，郭芝聪先生(郭先生)获委任为公司秘书，而本公司执行董事郑玉清女士(郑女士)获委任为本公司授权代表，并将继续担任法律程序文件代理人。
