大众汽车首席执行官奥利弗・布鲁姆在周日发布的一篇采访中表示，德国汽车行业可以借鉴中国严谨有序的产业规划。当前这家汽车制造商正推进深度重组，以保持竞争力。

　　“中国人的推进方式极具规划性……目标优先级清晰，整体架构设计十分合理。”布鲁姆接受采访时说。

　　“我们在中国切实感受到，当地有着高度的执行力与落实意愿，这一点令人印象深刻。”他表示，“我们有必要跳出自身视野，放眼外部。中国的发展模式有很多值得我们学习的地方。”

　　布鲁姆同时指出，大众在中国市场面临激烈竞争，称当地“拥有超过150家竞争对手，创新势头十分强劲”。 他在采访中重申，作为持续转型改革的一部分，大众计划到2030年在德国削减5万个工作岗位。
