巴西 CSN 签订最高 14 亿美元贷款承诺函
路透圣保罗3月21日 - 巴西钢铁制造商CSN CSNA3.SA周六表示，该公司已与一家银行集团签署了一份具有约束力的承诺函，新的银团担保信贷额度为12亿美元，并有可能增至14亿美元。
