智通财经APP讯，天长集团(02182)发布公告，于2026年3月23日，惠州附属公司透过公开拍卖成功投得自然资源局提呈出售的位于中国广东省惠州市新民洛塘片区地块的土地使用权，代价为人民币4950万元。由于中标，自然资源局于2026年3月23日就地块收购事项出具确认函，而惠州附属公司与自然资源局预期将于2026年4月2日或前后订立国有建设用地使用权出让合同。
集团计划于地块上建设新厂房，以配合集团的发展策略，拓宽其产品多元化，并透过添置高度自动化的机器扩大其电子烟产品、医疗耗材产品及一体化注塑解决方案的制造及产能，以应对现有客户新产品订单的持续增长，以及配合集团业务的增长。地块收购事项将显著提升集团满足市场需求的能力，加强其生产能力，并对集团未来的可持续发展产生积极影响。
