三名业内人士透露，交易商以高于洲际交易所（ICE）布伦特原油的价格向印度炼油商出售伊朗原油。此前，华盛顿暂时解除对伊朗的制裁，以缓解美以对伊战争引发的能源危机。

　　由于美国施压要求印度停止购买伊朗原油，印度自2019年5月以来便再未接收来自伊朗的原油。印度是全球第三大原油进口国和消费国。

　　但随着对伊战争已进入第四周，霍尔木兹海峡的能源运输中断，印度受到严重冲击。

　　消息人士称，印度的炼油商有一个月时间，可以尽可能多地从伊朗采购原油和液化石油气（LPG）。在美国为遏制油价飙升而解除对俄罗斯原油制裁后，印度炼油商已采购了数百万桶俄罗斯原油。

　　除了原油短缺外，印度还面临液化石油气严重短缺问题。

　　消息人士称，交易商和伊朗国家石油公司（NIOC）正寻求以美元结算，并补充称，部分交易方甚至愿意接受以印度卢比支付。

　　消息人士称，出售伊朗原油的报价较ICE布伦特原油每桶溢价6至8美元，货款需在到货后七天内结清。
