快科技3月24日消息，据媒体报道，Meta公司于当地时间3月19日宣布，将对内容审核策略进行重大改革，显著减少对外部承包商的依赖，转而采用先进的人工智能系统。
Meta长期以来依托一个庞大的第三方内容审核网络，这些审核人员通常位于菲律宾、印度等成本较低的地区，每天累计审查数十亿条贴文，负责识别仇恨言论、虚假信息和不当内容等违规行为。
Meta表示，AI技术的进步是此次调整的主要驱动力。
根据计划，Meta将在未来12个月内逐步裁撤多达40%的外部审核人员，并将资源重新配置给内部AI工具，例如针对审核任务进行微调的Llama模型。
第三方数据显示，Meta平台外包的内容审核合同人员规模约为15000人，这意味着可能将有6000人被裁撤。
与此同时，Meta计划在AI安全功能上投资5亿美元，包括对高风险决策进行即时人工监督，并加强漏洞发生后的测试协议。早期试点显示，AI相比人类减少了25%的审核错误。
Meta的这一决策反映了行业内的一个更广泛趋势：即利用AI处理可扩展的重复性任务，同时让人类员工专注于AI难以替代的工作。
