快科技3月24日消息，京东物流在行业内率先落地大模型应用，为全国一线快递员配备AI智慧员工助手，首次在丢件查找等复杂场景实现智能推理与主动预警，大幅提升末端配送效率。
这款AI助手可通过快递员手持终端实时推送异常提醒，动态采集扫码、拍照、外呼等作业数据，覆盖揽收、派送、验收等八大核心场景，主动给出作业优化建议，让快递员作业更规范、更高效。
针对行业长期存在的丢件查找难题，AI智慧员工助手展现出强大的跨系统推理能力。它可整合运单、轨迹、通话、时间等多维度信息，快速定位异常环节，直接给出清晰的排查方向与处理方案，将以往耗时费力的人工排查转变为分钟级智能定位，有效降低丢件率与投诉率。
与普通只能查询信息的AI工具不同，该助手具备业务常识与自主学习能力，每一次处理都会沉淀为经验，在全国数十万快递员的高频使用中持续进化，越用越精准。
目前，该AI助理已覆盖全国近万个快递站点，成为快递员标配。实际运营显示，AI赋能后，快递员工作效率显著提升，异常件处理时间大幅缩短。
