智通财经APP讯，天津创业环保股份(01065)发布公告，于2026年3月25日，董事会审议通过关于中水公司(公司全资附属公司)与金钟城更签订(i)《再生水管网配套委托协议》、(ii)《再生水水表协议(户表)》;(iii)《再生水水表协议(地表)》(合称“再生水工程配套协议”)。据此，金钟城更同意委托，及中水公司同意负责，天津市东丽区金钟河大街南侧片区城市更新项目7号地(02-15)地块(朗溪园)的再生水管网配套建设、户表及地表安装工作。
再生水工程配套协议及其项下拟进行的交易符合中水公司和集团的经营范围，有利于增加集团主营业务的收入，扩大再生水配套设施建设及供水的市场占有率，对公司发展产生积极影响。
