南方财经3月25日电，天眼查App显示，近日，蒙牛乳业（马鞍山）有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由3.55亿人民币增至4.75亿人民币，增幅约34%。该公司成立于2005年2月，法定代表人为黄华，经营范围包括乳制品生产、食品生产、食品销售、婴幼儿配方乳粉及其他婴幼儿配方食品销售等，由内蒙古蒙牛乳业（集团）股份有限公司全资持股。
