智通财经APP讯，力宝华润(00156)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)的按公平值计入损益的财务工具可能录得公平值收益净额约 400万港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度(上一年度)则录得公平值亏损净额6300万港元，以及本年度内拨回约1.04亿港元超额拨备的税项。
根据本公司现有的资料，预期本集团于本年度可能录得的股东应占综合亏损约6000万港元，而上一年度则录得综合亏损6.84亿港元。亏损减少主要由于2024年录得诉讼和解款项3.86亿港元、其他经营开支减少、本集团之按公平值计入损益的财务工具之公平值净额变动及本年度内拨回超额拨备的税项所致。
