智通财经APP讯，新沣集团(01223)发布公告，与截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财年)取得的本公司拥有人应占净亏损约1.43亿港元相比，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(2025财年)将取得不多于3500万港元的本公司拥有人应占净亏损。
根据对目前所得财务资料的初步评估，2025财年的预期本公司拥有人应占净亏损减少主要归因于以下各项的综合影响：(其中包括)(i)其他收入及收益增加;(ii)融资成本下降;(iii)缺少来自出售金融资产的亏损，该金额已于2024财年记取;及(iv)以公平价值列入损益的金融资产公平价值收益。
