　　收购该业务的财团包括黑石永久私募股权基金及德国风投公司

　　英国酒业巨头帝亚吉欧宣布，已同意将旗下印度板球特许经营权球队皇家挑战者班加罗尔队，以 1666 亿印度卢比（约合 17.7 亿美元） 出售给黑石集团支持的财团。

　　该公司周三表示，其印度子公司联合烈酒公司已达成协议，出售皇家挑战者体育私人有限公司的全部股权 —— 该公司运营男、女子板球队，此举也为去年启动的该项业务战略评估画上句号。

　　帝亚吉欧称，收购方财团包括：黑石永久私募股权基金、德国风险投资公司 Bolt Ventures，以及印度企业阿迪提亚・比尔拉集团和《印度时报》集团。

　　该交易尚需满足惯例交割条件及监管审批，其中包括印度板球管理委员会的批准。
