　　3月25日午间消息，博鳌亚洲论坛2026年年会于3月24日至27日在海南博鳌举行。在“加强区域联动，维护金融安全稳定”分论坛上，新加坡金融管理局副行长梁新松出席并发表观点。

　　梁新松表示，多年来，新加坡与中国在人民币合作、ETF产品互联互通及场外债券业务等方面保持紧密协作，这推动了人民币在亚洲区域内更广泛的使用，也为国际资金流入中国资本市场提供了支持。因此，在深化资本市场互联互通的同时，我们需致力于建立共同的标准与框架。

　　梁新松提到，尽管外部环境出现新的风险与挑战，亚洲地区已形成扎实紧密的合作基础，通过区域合作机制，在金融安全、支付互联互通、资本市场联通、风险保障及能源保障等关键领域取得了良好成效。

　　“我们必须付出更多努力，也能够做得更好。这些举措将助力开辟多元创新的增长路径，增强经济韧性，推动亚洲持续迈向更高质量的未来。”梁新松说。
