法国工业气体巨头Air Liquide周三表示，由于中东冲突，预计会出现短期氦气短缺，并补充说，该公司计划从其他地区重新分配氦气供应。
Air Liquide副总裁Armelle Levieux表示：“鉴于中东局势以及上周天然气田遭受的袭击，目前氦气供应短缺。”
他表示，全球最大的天然气生产商之一卡塔尔能源公司已向客户宣布遭遇不可抗力，并补充说氦气是天然气生产的副产品。
Levieux表示，公司正与客户保持密切联系，并从世界其他地区调配氦气。
