稳定币需求确实真实存在—土耳其、尼日利亚、阿根廷民众借此对冲本币贬值，全球跨境汇款市场规模近 1 万亿美元。此前香港金管局已审核 36 份牌照申请，汇丰、渣打领衔之财团，以及 OSL Group 入围。然而港元与美元挂钩的联系汇率制度，决定了港版稳定币终究难脱美元轨道。
