3月24日，H&H国际控股发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入143.54亿元（人民币，单位下同），同比增加10%；母公司拥有人应占溢利1.96亿元，同比扭亏为盈；每股基本盈利0.31元；拟派发末期股息每股0.16港元。2025年内集团总收入按同类比较基准增长10.3%。集团保持稳定的盈利水平，经调整可比EBITDA率达14.3%，而经调整可比纯利增长22.7%。
公司巩固于成人营养及护理用品的市场领先地位。经过十年的战略管治，Swisse的收入于2025年达成十亿美元里程碑。于2025年，Swisse取得中国内地整体维生素、草本及矿物补充剂市场排名第一位及澳洲市场排名第一位，而在中国内地及扩张市场取得双位数增长。
