快科技3月25日消息，近日，比亚迪王朝网销售事业部总经理路天发文，集中回复了关于宋Ultra EV上市的相关问题。
针对用户最关心的交付问题，路天表示此次是“有备而来”，尽管预售远超预期，但上市后即可交付。
他强调会亲自盯紧产能与交付进度，不过也坦言部分地区、部分配置的交付可能仍需稍作等待，会尽力让用户早日提车。
在产品配置方面，比亚迪为已下定用户开放了内饰颜色修改权限。
目前默认内饰为海盐灰，上市后将新增暮云灰可选，只是该配色交付周期会稍长，需要用户多些耐心。
车身配色上，烟岚紫、火岩灰、星河米、雪山白已在全国门店展出，其他配色也将陆续到店。
安全方面，宋Ultra EV整车超高强度钢占比达77%，车身刚性大幅提升。
动力上，新车全系搭载单电机，最大功率分为240千瓦和270千瓦，CLTC纯电续航里程对应620km和710km，全系标配云辇-C智能阻尼车身控制系统。
此外，新车搭载比亚迪第二代刀片电池，支持闪充技术，10%充至70%仅需5分钟，充至97%需9分钟。
用车权益方面，上市后下定用户仍可享受1年免费闪充权益，期满后按标准费率收费。
