TradingKey - 本周三（3月25日），韩国芯片制造商SK海力士正考虑通过美国上市筹资10万亿至15万亿韩元（约100.3亿美元），以扩充先进存储芯片产能。
路透援引《韩国经济日报》报道称，公司计划发行新股，并以美国存托凭证（ADR）形式推进上市；SK海力士随后向路透表示，公司正在评估包括ADR在内的多种提升股东价值方案，但目前尚未作出最终决定。
这意味着，SK海力士的海外资本运作正在加速落地。
公司董事长崔泰源上周已表示，正在审视赴美ADR上市方案，目的在于扩大韩国以外的全球投资者基础，并提升对美国及国际资本的曝光度。
对这家英伟达（NVDA）主要高带宽存储器供应商来说，进一步接入美国资本市场，也有助于为AI相关扩张争取更宽裕的资金来源。
市场之所以格外关注这笔潜在融资，核心在于SK海力士正站在AI存储需求爆发的风口。
路透此前报道，SK海力士在HBM市场占有57%的份额，在全球DRAM市场也以32%的份额位居第二。
与此同时，崔泰源认为芯片晶圆短缺可能持续到2030年，DRAM价格稳定和产能扩张都将成为未来一段时间的重点。
