智通财经APP讯，京城佳业(02210)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，收入22.92亿元，同比增加15.55%。公司拥有人应占年内溢利5197.5万元，同比减少34.76%;每股基本盈利0.35元，建议每股末期股息0.0969元。
于报告期内，集团源自物业管理服务的收入约为人民币15.91亿元，较2024年同期上升约13.8%，主要由于集团在管面积及在管项目数量的增长。
公告称，集团年内溢利及集团拥有人应占年内溢利下降主要由于为获取市场份额，集团在物业管理项目的前期及品质维护投入加大;及受当前市场需求变化及行业周期性调整影响，箱式房租赁单价呈现显著下降趋势，根据国际会计准则理事会颁布的国际财务报告准则会计准则相关规定，集团就集团持有的该等箱式房设备确认减值亏损。
