智通财经APP讯，环球医疗(02666)公布2025年业绩，收入约人民币149.395亿元，同比增长9.3%。公司普通股权益持有人应占溢利约21.568亿元，同比增长6.2%。每股基本收益1.13元，建议2025年每股分派股息 0.36港元╱股，股息支付率30%。
2025年，综合医疗板块病表医疗机构65家(包括5家三甲医院、1家三级专科医院和30家二级医院)，合计开放床位数15,628张，贡献报表收入人民币81.83亿元，同比增长7.5%;实现年内溢利人民币2.874亿元，同比下降39.3%。这一降幅主要源于两方面，一是医保支付改革导致次均费用下降;二是新基建项目投产加大了医疗机构运营规模，带来折旧摊销及人力成本增加。
除税前溢利同比增长3.9%，一是医疗健康业务通过外延并购及内部提质增效带来经营效益稳步提升;二是金融业务通过不断优化融资结构大幅降低资金成本带来溢利增长。
