智通财经APP讯，REGAL INT'L(00078)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得股东应占综合亏损约12亿港元，较上一年度取得的亏损25.978亿港元大幅减少。
于回顾年度内取得亏损减少乃主要由于在上一年度的财务业绩中 ， 集团于 Cosmopolitan International Holdings Limited 四海国际集团有限公司(富豪之同系上市附属公司)所持之投资产生公平值亏损港币9.326亿元，该等投资其后已撇减至一个相对不重大的价值。此外，集团的酒店经营表现提升，以及因香港利率放缓致使集团的融资成本下降，亦是于回顾年度内取得的业绩相对有所改善的原因。
